Designed for a family of four, this bungalow captures the elegance and luxury of compact living within its modest footprint. A modern projecting façade shades its front lawn, integrated with a waterfall and a cabana seating, and overlooked by a verandah sitout.

An arched walkway connects the front lawn with a landscaped court to the rear of the house, acting as an alternative guest entry. Inside the house, a double height court acts as a welcoming foyer, leading upto a double height dining and living area.
