A modern projecting façade shades its front lawn, integrated with a waterfall and a cabana seating, and overlooked by a verandah sitout. An arched walkway connects the front lawn with a landscaped court to the rear of the house, acting as an alternative guest entry. Inside the house, a double height court acts as a welcoming foyer, leading upto a double height dining and living area. A formal living room looks over the front lawn and entrance lobby, through 3 glazed walls. The upper floor houses private bedrooms for all family members, arranged around the central court below. The planning ensures private sit-out terraces for all family members, as a means of connecting the residents with their natural surroundings. A multipurpose family room incorporates various hobby and recreational activities, while looking out to an elongated balcony. A curved roof sits atop the family floor, breaking the monotony of straight lines along the façade.
