Mixed-use development at Swargate

This project holds a retail strip creating active engagement on the ground floor, supported by a podium level parking lot, rising to 21 floors to accommodate residential units. The three residential blocks, Agam, Shruta and Kalpa are positioned in ‘C’ shape, housing 3 and 4BHK flats. A sky bridge connects the two arms of the ‘C’, allowing stunning views from the top.
