The brief for this show apartment was to create a luxurious and aspirational living space that would appeal to the high-end market. The design concept was to create a contemporary and elegant space with a touch of opulence. The use of rich materials like marble, wood and leather, combined with metallic accents, creates a sophisticated ambience.

The living room is a large, open space with a double height ceiling, which adds to the grandeur of the apartment. The furniture is custom designed and upholstered in plush fabrics. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a large dining table with a statement chandelier. The bedrooms are designed as private sanctuaries, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The apartment also has a home theatre and a study, catering to the lifestyle needs of the target audience.
