Corporate office at Kolhapur

Designed for a well-established conglomerate,this corporate office is situated in a developing suburb of Kolhapur. A landscaped porch creates a welcoming entrance, integrated with corporate branding elements and shaded by a pergola structure. Within the building, a central atrium functions as a grand lobby, as sunrays from the skylight above hit the glistening drops of water within a central fountain.

The interiors are rendered in hues of brown, dotted with splashes of colour in the form of occasional artwork and furnishings. Visual transparency is attained within the work zones, through glass and wooden battens as partition walls. The terrace incorporates a gym and rooftop lawn, functioning as a recreational area for all employees, allowing striking views of the landscape around. Vertical fins give the building façade a dynamic aesthetic, while shading interior spaces and avoiding thermal gains.
